Here’s how Clide introduces it: «Spilled a bottle of feelings’ is about saying things you didn’t mean, or even some hard truths you should have kept for yourself, and being left with the unrepairable mess afterwards. It’s a song about knowing you’ve gone too far and feeling there’s no way back.
