Song of the Day: Bob Balera – Rimini

Bob Balera was born as an electro-pop project from an idea of the singer Romeo Campagnolo and the multi-instrumentalist Matteo Marenduzzo. In 2014, they released their first single “Giorni da cicala” and the b-side “Rimbalzi” where they get good feedback from the public and professionals. An intense live activity follows that leads the band to perform in various areas of Italy, always enjoying good success. In 2017, they joined the Dischi Soviet Studio team and released their debut album “È difficile trovarsi”. Subsequently, thanks to the meeting with the producer Claudio Corradini, they give life to a musical project by releasing the single “Non chiami mai” and then devote themselves body and soul to a longer and more complex recording work. Unfortunately, the tragic death of the mentor Corradini, which took place in 2021, slows down the evolution of this path of the band, but everything is reflected in a new musical guide thanks to the producer Sandro Franchin, who marries a slightly more rock image of the itself while maintaining the original characteristics unaltered. In these days the recordings of the new album “Pianeti” are being finalized, here’s the new single “Rimini”, enjoy it!
