Former Arcade Fire member, Will Butler, is set to release a self-titled album with Sister Squares on September 22nd via Merge, and has teased with latest single “Stop Talking”. The accompanying lyric video on YouTube features a series of cutout animations that dance around in time to the music.

Butler said the song was one of the “dream songs” on the album, and is about the emotions they produce. It’s a track that explores the boundary between dreams and reality while highlighting feelings of fatigue and confusion. The song’s title, “Stop talking; there’s nothing to say,” is intended to be either a dismissal or a sign of love. Generations is due to drop on September 25th. Enjoy the tune!
