UK indie rock band Yard Act has announced the release of their second album, Where’s My Utopia?, on March 1. The band has also confirmed several west coast tour dates for 2024. The first single from the album, “Dream Job,” is available for streaming. The song addresses the uncontrollable nature of the music industry and the complexity of emotions experienced by the band members. Yard Act’s James Smith explains that the song captures the emotions in a pop song that lasts less than three minutes. The band will be performing across North America, starting with a show in Brooklyn, New York, on November 4.
