Man/Woman/Chainsaw shared news of their signing to Fiction Records, home to The Cure, St. Vincent, The Horrors and Billie Marten amongst others.

They also share with it their debut for the label, “Only Girl”, a brightly brilliant new single, and a highlight of recent live performances. Perhaps their most immediate output yet, “Only Girl” was recorded at RAK Studios with Geordie Greep producer Seth Evans and Margo Broom.

Vera, lead vocalist on “Only Girl”, had the following to say about the new track: “Only Girl is our playful love song. Built around a ripping violin top-line and birthed from a grungy guitar jam, it gradually became something more boisterous and altogether more joyful – a total declaration of love. We had a lot of fun making it.”
