Danny L Harle has announced his new album Cerulean, set to be released on February 13, 2026. The third single is “Crystallise My Tears,” featuring Oklou and Mnek.
Cerulean is a journey through vast, alien soundscapes, where powerful basslines and euphoric synths meet classical harmonies, tactile sound design, and field recordings made by Harle himself, such as the sound of waves lapping the shore. It encapsulates Harle’s pursuit of melancholic euphoria—a fusion of megalophobic grandeur and raw humanity—drawing inspiration from Andrei Tarkovsky’s Stalker, existing “on the threshold between dream and reality.”
Speaking about the collaboration, Harle says: “I already knew Oklou from our frequent collaborations; I just sent her the track, she recorded the vocals, and sent it back. There wasn’t much need for words because we love the same things in music. She has a special ability to convey emotion through timbre, and I really feel it on this track: there’s an alien, surreal beauty in her performance. I also knew Uzo (Mnek),” Harle continues; “it’s an honor to have the king of UK house elevate the track that’s closest to house on my album with such an intense and emotive voice.”
